What Rehabilitation Nursing Means to Me: A Bridge Between Hospital and Home

Rehabilitation Nursing means having a bridge between hospital and home.  It means helping people function at their maximum level before going home, so that they will not be such a burden to their caregiver/loved ones.  It means teaching  patients, family and caregivers how to continue life after a traumatic or devastating event.
