5. Co-ordinate and provide patient education activity.
6. Serve as a clinical resource.
7. Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided by
self and team members.
8. Support the clinical operation of nursing and the program at the
unit level.
9. Participate in professional development.
10. Perform healthcare teaching to patients, family members, and
co-workers. |

Previous
Experience: |

During Ostomy Nursing training, Rajesh worked
in an ostomy and wound care clinic. He learned how to perform stoma
care and wound care, as well as to train the patient by
demonstration and return demonstration. |

What does Rehabilitation Nursing means to me: |
| Easing the Road to Recovery,
Rajesh writes, I care about being an advocate for my patient,
communicating with their families, and providing patient teaching
material so the road to recovery is smooth and easy. |
