Position: RN II
Tina is an RN for over 20 urologists, but works specifically with 2 urologists specialized in Urological Cancer and Renal Stones. She is currently working with a large urologic practice in which she has to help patients prepare for surgery, then assist with post-op care. Tina coordinates and plans all pre-op and post-op care for the patients, which is rewarding for her because she has assisted these individuals back to health. Tina states, “It is so nice to see them recuperate after their surgical experience. They always seem so appreciative of both the smallest and the larger things I assist them in accomplishing".

Tina states, “Rehabilitation nursing means getting people back to optimal function after undergoing significant changes. I enjoy the process of helping them re-establish their lifestyles so they can move forward.”
